Rooms Reservation, Cancellation, Privacy &  Refund Policy.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.Check-in time is 14:00 PM, Check-out time is 12:00 PM.

1.100% cancellation charge on the day of arrival or no-show. No Refund.

2. 80% cancellation charge for 1-3 days before arrival. 20% Refund.
3. 60% cancellation charge for 4-7 days before arrival. 40% Refund.
4. 40% cancellation charge for before 7 days of arrival. 60% Refund.

  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in.
  • It is mandatory for guests booking at our website should be 18+ years and above.
  • Unmarried couples are not allowed to book and stay at the hotel.
  • The Credit Card Holder must be one of the travellers.


Refund Policy

  • All refunds will be done within a period of 20 – 25 days and the mode of refund will be through our partner bank HDFC only.


Governing Law

  • All Disputes will be under Delhi Jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Child Policy

Child below 5 years with a couple is complimentary without extra bed.
